ALMA the Lighthouse is a non-profit and compassionate organization with a mission to light the way to a better life to the individuals with mental illnesses and/or substance addictions and others in need through the services offered.

This mission seeks to bring hope by meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the people it is serving.

We intend to provide the necessary tools to help those individuals cope with daily battles with their mental illness, addictions, homelessness and the stigma of those in society.

We believe that with our knowledge, experience, love and dedication to those individuals, through the programs we provide, we will help them better their lives.

Our Programs include but are not limited to:

*Teaching Basic skills of coping with stress,

*Teaching Basic skills of coping with loneliness and depression

​

*"DRA" (Dual Recovery Anonymous ) To help combat drug and/or alcohol addictions

​

*Motivational programs to encourage participation in classes such as: Drawing, Painting, Crafts, Music, Learning new skills, Developing existing skills/talents etc.
